MADE-TO-ORDER FOOTWEAR CANNOT BE CANCELLED AFTER THEY ARE PLACED.
Returns must be initiated within 14 BUSINESS DAYS of the original order’s arrival.
ALL FOOTWEAR must be in UNUSED condition with all labels attached to the packaging.
ALL SALES ON MADE-TO-ORDER & CUSTOM FOOTWEAR ARE FINAL.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN FOOTWEAR FOR RETURN PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL RECEIVE PARTIAL REFUND.
Customer is RESPONSIBLE for RETURN SHIPPING costs.
Return Tracking # is REQUIRED in order to process RETURNS & EXCHANGES.
