Production

The finishing quality of any Koffi Noir's product or service, besides the construction, design, and grading of its primary resources, forever remains essential to us. We ever so wish to involve and empower a community of local artisans, manufacturers, vendors, publicists, and other artistic agents and collaborators to further develop the project into its continuing full-form vision. It doesn't matter how much time and effort it takes us to find the finest of them all, within our means and outreach, but we guarantee you to do so, not only to preserve the message behind the vision but to also underline our engagement in satisfying any of our customers' needs.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. There may be customs or import duties, charges, and taxes added to your package depending on the country, state, or city of destination. Upon delivery, you will be responsible for these, as they are not included in your order total. Indeed some orders may incur these additional charges. Koffi Noir does not have any control over these charges or are unable to advise what they will be, as it is based on your own countries regulations & compliances. For further information, please contact your local customs office.

All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and Koffi Noir will never pay these charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your package may be abandoned, and Koffi Noir will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this incidence. Neither can we mark International orders as a gift in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice, and as an established business we will not do this.

Payment

We accept all credit cards and/or PayPal payments through our billing system. All ordered items will be processed and confirmed, then sent to the given shipping address, only after the exact funds were debited from your banking institution. The same rules apply to custom made orders, which also require an advance to be paid in half. The remaining half will be requested from you upon completion of tailoring, then debited with your approval, before they are shipped to your address.

Shipping

All orders ship worldwide. Once your order is processed, confirmed, and paid for, your items will be scheduled for shipping from our end to your doorstep, within the approved and expected length of time. If admissible, we will provide you with a tracking number for you to stay in touch with your package.
